Beginning to begin (again)

Preparations are underway for Journey 2 on the mighty sailing vessel Serendipity. Wiring, woodwork, cleaning, repairs, provisioning.....the list goes on and on....

Hopefully October 1 will be the date of departure from Blue Springs Marina, where we will leave lots of good friends and good times. We'll spend a few nights in Chattanooga with youngest son Jesse and his fiancee Brittany, and hope to be joined by daughter Julie and little ones Madison and Micah, and oldest son John.

  1. Found you! I don't know whether to hope you are still at Blue Springs when we go back next weekend or not! I know you want to get going but we are all going to miss you!!

  2. Darn, did not know you were that handy with a paint brush. We had lots of places on the house that we could have put you to work - would have been easier than all the sanding you did down on our dock.
Have a great time - you are only going around once in this beautiful life!! Love Ya. Linda
